Booking room means that you agree with the conditions of Policy of reservations

• For booking room you prepay 20% of your total accommodation (Deposit in bank account or with your credit card via Paypal)

• If cancellation is effected 21 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded to the client. (not include the bank provision to transfer back the money).

• If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 21 days prior to the date of arrival, client has to cover the 50% of the cost of his stay.

• In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company with the 50% of the cost for the remaining period of his stay.

• For not showing up there is charge 100% of the total prepayment.

• Prices can change without warning.

• To place an extra bed increases rooms price 20%

• Check out time 12:00 noon. Clients occupying the room till 18:00 are charged an extra 50% on room rate. After 18:00 a full room rate is paid. (If the room is available in that day).
